To permanently delete your Ella account or associated data, follow these steps:

1. Send an email to our support team from the email address linked to your account:

Subject line: DELETE ACCOUNT (to remove your entire account) or DELETE USER-DATA (to delete stored data only).

Body of the email: “Please delete my HelloElla [account/user-data] with email: [your@registeredemail.com]”📧 Send to: support@helloella.co
